FRASS

Frass Newsletter was a cooperative effort among the Arthropod Rearing Group members, designed to provide a vehicle for communication among scientists involved in all aspects of insect rearing. The newsletter was published between 1975 and 1998. Much of the information in the newsletters remains pertinent, particularly ideas for advancing the field. In the early 1990s, the Insect Rearing Group consisted of over 300 subscribers from about 30 countries. The MRQA web site is designed to perpetuate much of the important communication formerly contained in the semiannual Frass Newsletter.
